NusaPod processes account information, deployment configuration, usage records, invoices, and technical data required to operate the service. Do not store unnecessary personal data in environment variables, files, or logs.
How data is used
Data is used for authentication, container provisioning, billing, support, security, abuse prevention, and service reliability improvements.
Service providers
Some features may involve providers such as Midtrans for payments, GitHub for builds, OpenRouter for AI model access, and infrastructure and email providers. Data is shared only as needed to operate the features you use.
User controls
You are responsible for data uploaded to containers and can delete resources through the Console. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion of account data.
Security and changes
We apply reasonable technical and operational controls, but no system is entirely risk-free. This policy may be updated when our services or obligations change.
